Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
International Shipping We ship to over 27 countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
